how to freeze column width of a table?

hi all

I need small help.
I have a problem about Table in MS word.
When multiple users are using a template of a Table, they can change
the column widths & hence those tables with different column widths
cannot be annexed below each other.
Is there any to way to freeze the column width of a table, so that
different users cannot change the width, however only will be able to
enter data & can add / delete rows.
