How to fully uninstall Office 08?

I originally installed Office 08 using the wrong disk. It was a disk
that had already been used to install. After installing I received the
error saying it was already used on the network."

I tried uninstalling, using the office uninstaller, and reinstalling
with the correct (unused) product key and same error is coming up.

On startup of Word it shows my name and the correct product key.

Suggestions on how to fully remove duplicate product key?

sticker.

If you used Remove Office to uninstall Office 08, reinstalled, and
started up using the correct CD key then some OTHER machine on your
network is using YOUR CD key.

Find it and shut it down. Or run Remove Office on THAT machine,
reinstall and use a DIFFERENT CD key.

I believe another user mentioned that "Remove Office" did not remove the CD
key in Office 2008. Try deleting these files:

Delete these two files on one of the machines:

~:Libraryreferences:Microsoft:Office 2008:Microsoft Office 2008
Settings.plist

where ~ is your home folder, and

HD:Applications:Microsoft Office 2008:Office:OfficePID.plist

files.

When you start an Office app, you'll be asked for a CD Key.
