How to generate a uniqueidentifier?

Hallo,

I'm very new to Infopath (2 days experience). I've managed to create a form
that is connected to a SQL-Server. My table contains a id column of type
uniqueidentifier.
I want to create a new record in Infopath and send that record to the DB.
How can I create the required GUID and assign that value to the field
before submitting?
