How to generate report of the database (column) properties

I have created a database model in visio and filled in the database
properties for all the columns. I would like to create a document to give to
the developers so they could see the column definitions and any notes. How do
I generate a report with all this information?

consider using the reports tool on the menu bar. Unfortunately the
comments/notes aren't available for reports because of the tool's design.
maybe in the future.
