How to generate reports (data dictionary) from an existing databa.

I need to generate a report containing the list of tables, coulmns, foreign
key details from a databsae diagram. I had seen this feature in Visio 2002
(guess enterprise edition). I want to do the same in Visio 2003. I couldnt
find Report option in Database menu. There is a Report option in Tools menu,
but that seems to be different.
