How to get a List of Items into Access

I have an Access DB that i have created an Infopath form to get data into the
DB. I have a report number as a PK and a field for all the acct numbers
changed in that report. In the Infopath form I enter the single report
number and I want to enter all of the acct #s preferably without entering
them one by one, perhaps by cutting and pasting from Excel. How do I do this?
Is there a particular type of field that will allow for this one to many
relationship entry?
