how to get a print preview on word 2003?

hi!when i write a letter with word 2003,when i command a print preview,i just
get a blank page!moreover when i send the letter as e-mail,the recipient get
a blank page.it is turning me mad.
please thanks for bailing me out of it!

Perhaps your text is formatted as Hidden? Or you're typing in a text box and
don't have "Drawing objects" checked in Tools | Options | Print?
