How to get a template to dissapear when person replies to email?

Hi, I have made an HTML template in Outlook and applied it to my outgoing
email message. The problem I am having is that when the person I send the
email to wants to reply to the message, the template is set as the default
background of their email reply. Is it possible to remove the template from
the email so the person responding doesn't see it when they reply to the
message?

Here is some added info about the template: I created it in the Tools >
Options...> MailFormat > "Stationary Picker" window. I also noticed that I
could do the same thing in the "Signature Picker" window as well. Is there
one which is better then the other?

A mail template remains a mail template even when replying. If the person
who replies wants to get rid of the formatting he/she can convert the
message to Plain Text first. But if this is an issue; why do you send with a
template in the first place? :-S

well, I'd rather not send the template, but my supervisors require that I
create a basic template that they can use at their disposal. If there's a
better way to get an HTML email created through outlook, I'm all ears!
