How to get all 'Outlook Activities' of a ContactItem?

Hello!

I'm using Outlook 2003 and am coding an AddIn (in C#) for it. Having .NET
Framework 1.1 .

How can i get all AppointmentItems, TaskItems & JournalItems which are
related to a given Contact. The Realationship between the Contact and the
other Items can be made with the Attendees or the [Contacts...]-Link.
The search has to be fast in case of many Items existing.

How does this work?
