Here is a sample email I get when a resource updates their hours in Web
Access:
Is there any way to configure the information that is sent? I save these
emails for
future reference, and they are really not informative enough to tell me
later what happened
in this period. It does not tell me how
many hours the user applied for the period just entered. It also does not
tell me if the
user bumped up the remaining work (which would alter the total work).
Right now I have to look at the previous period's email to calculate how
many hours
the user entered during this period.
Does anyone know if this can be configured?
