Had a hiccup in our system today. All of Outlook is now operating correctly,
except for the printing options. Previously, when printing a draft e-mail,
it would place the user name and a border line under the name at the top of
the page. Now it will no longer do this.

Incoming e-mails, sent items, etc. are all printing correctly. It only
fails when printing an e-mail that is in the process of being generated, or
is sitting in the Drafts folder.
