How to get Drop Down Menus in Visio???

I use Visio at my office. We are trying to make drop down menus in side Visio
for our title blocks so we dont have to keep on typing things over and over.
We have imported Excel sheets into it. But we had to use about 6 different
ones and it slows the reaction and save time of Visio down alot... Does any
one have a suggestion or solution to getting a drop down menu through Visio
itself? Or is going through Excel the only way?
