how to get e-mail addresses from messages

Help! I'm one of multiple recipients on an e-mail. I can see all the
nicknames of the contacts, and when I double-click on them I can see their
e-mail address. But I need to find an easy way to export their e-mail
addresses, or to copy and paste and have it paste their e-mail addresses
into the body of an e-mail.

Likewise, when I forward the message, it only forwards the names, not the
e-mail addresses. And I need it to forward the e-mail addresses. It is not
feasible for me to add each of the 100+ e-mail addresses to my contact list
and export or forward them that way.
