how to get email response from newsgroup

Is there a way to get an email response to questions on the newsgroup? Or
to get a email notification when there has been a response to a posting?

Some people may respond to email request, most won't. The newsgroup is more
effective if everyone can see the solution problems.

Usenet has no way of sending email notification of postings if you are
accessing the newsgroups through the awkward html interface you may want to
consider using Outlook Express or any other newsreader to access the real
newsgroup.

As the others have explained, there is not a way to do that.
It is also recommened to not put your email address on the
posts as the spam collectors will have a new target

(http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.p
ublic.frontpage.client&lang=en&cr=US), you can request email notification
when a reply has been posted.

I find the web interfaces awkward, so I don't use them much.
