How to get "Enterprise Text Field" by using PDS

I'm a new for Project Server and EPM, which have a lot of problem when
I deploy the MS EPM.

First my proplem which is most impact for my job, How to get value that
I kept it in the "Enterprise Text Field" because I can get type and
fielde name by using the PDS API but I cannot get the value of each
text field. however if I try to implement by direct access to the
Project Server database and I can retrieve the value in the "Enterprise
Text Field" as well.

Anyone can suggest me that how can I get the value that already kept in
the Enterprise Text Field by using the provided PDS.
