How to get large office downloads on a dial-up line?

I am trying to update my Office XP with the latest security downloads. The
office update feature tells me I need service pack 3, and it is a 55 + MB
download. When I try to download, the phone line ineivtably blinks somewhere
within the 3 + hour period, and the program terminates. Is there some way
to download with an intelligent feature that will start over where the break
occurred, or some other way to successfully get the download -- or break it
up into more manageable chunks>?

You can use a download manager (google for one that is low cost or free) or
you can order the SP on a CD. Check this news group for posts with the
ordering informatino.
