How to get more detail error log from project server 2003

1.Somebody could tell me use what tools to resolve the error of project
server 2003.
2.How to get more detail log about Project server 2003

Jack,
the only error log that is "kind of useful" is the Server logs on the
Application Server. Project Server writes (most times) some kind of error log
into the Server logs. Appart from that I have not heard of other tools sorry.
