How to get my data back from outlook file?

I format my harddrive but I don't do baking up my MS
outlook 2000 files by exporting I just copy those file to
another location.Now I want my data back.How do I get
data back from the copied files?

If you have the pst file then you could either import these from the File >
Import/Export command or you can use File > Open > Personal Folder File
(*.pst) and browse to the file.
