How to get my Hotmail in box in outlook to synchronise to my PDA

Active Sync only synchronises with the Outlook inbox, Hotmail is delivered to
a seperate inbox.
How can i get my hotmail to be delivered directly into the outlook inbox, or
how do I get the hotmail inbox to synchronise with my PDA
