Read your license, its only licensed to one system if I/m right. It means
you have to deinstall it or one system, call MS for new key to move to
other system, etc. Or buy another copy

You will need to show it your qualifying product CD when it asks for it.
You do have the qualifying product, right? If not, your license is invalid
since an upgrade requires you to keep the QP as a part of the upgrade
license. Lose the qualifying product, your license is invalid.
