How to get original menus

I am a long time user of Office products. I am very comfortable with the
Pull down menus.

Now that I have Office 2007, I was wondering if there was a way to get the
"classic" look and feel? I am adding things to the ribbon, but am finding my
productivity going down hill as I fight and hunt for the facilities I use to
just grab from the pull down menus.

I really would like a way to have the "classic" interface back and not have
to be searching all the time to find out where my functions are under this
gui interface.
