How to get past, ex-employees password for outlook?

I am trying to setup a new salesman with Outlook. The previous salesman had
outlook password protected. Now I cannot get past the password log in screen.
Does anyone have suggestions?

maybe deleting the profile from the registry?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
then delete the outlook key, are you trying to setup a new email address and
don't value anything that was in the previous mailbox, although you could
open his .pst file and get the mail.

Not really;

1) No need to get into the registry. Control Panel-> Mail offers you a UI to
remove the profile and create a new one.

2) It is the pst-file that has been password protected so you cannot
retrieve the mail.
