How to get pending actual work by day?

I am developing a customized report by using SQL to access the database
directly. I need to find the pending actual work by day. In
msp_view_proj_assn_tp_by_day table, it only contains the proved actual work.
I thought it is in msp_web_work table. However, I found it is different from
the timesheet report from PWA. Does anyone know how to get pending actual
work by day? Thanks a lot.
