How to get Power Point 2003 to recognize CD writers?

The subject says it all. How do I get Power Point 2003 to recognize the two
CD writers I have attached to my WinXP machine? Everything seems them OK.
But when I ask Power Point to copy the Packaged presentation to a CD, It
can't find even one.

Which operating system do you use? Only Windows XP and Vista can burn
directly to CD. And PowerPoint does not use any other CD burning software
which you might have installed.

Your better off by packaging for CD and using the copy to file option, then
use your CD burning software to burn the information to your CD. this seems
to be the method of choice.
