sOur firm is working its way thru the new Outlook 2003 settings. In Outlook
2002, our firm could show our public folders as a shortcut, or at least much
more easily (now we have to hunt and peck). Now we have the "Go" to menu
button in Outlook 2003, and go thru several levels there.
Is there some way to show our public contact folder(s), which everyone in
the office uses, under the top left hand Contacts pane? Currently it show
just emply "Contacts" and "Contacts in Personal Folders" icons. I would also
like not to show the "Contacts in Personal folders" icon. Have searched the
Outlook tutorials on the web, but cannot locate this. Thank you, Ava Healy.
