How to get rid of Markup

Hi, all my word files have the marup activated it help when you need to keep
a record of what you modify, but now I finish my resume and I don't want to
email it to a company and have all those comments on it, even when I go to
view and remove the Markup and save it when I open it again the commnets are
there.

If someone can help me I'd appreciate.

You need click on the "Accept All Tracked Changes" and "Delete All
Comments" commands on the Reviewing toolbar. See
