How to get rid of programs that try to access email addresses?

In Office Outlook I keep getting message: "A program is trying to access
email addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If
this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should chose "No".

When I chose "No" the message window disappears only to reappear as soon as
I try to reply or send new message. When I hit "yes" to allow spyware into
my address book, i'm then allowed to send an email. This routine is repeated
each time I try to use Outlook. How do I delete spyware programs and keep
them out?
Thanks for any help.

Get yourself a good spyware program (e.g. Spybot) and a good antivirus
software (e.g. Avast)

I am having the same problem. I have read several posts on this issue, but
my situation seems unique. When I click No, the popup reappears again and
again. So then I tried letting the program access for 1 minute. (I also
checked task manager to see which program was the culprit and could not see
anything with increased activity). Unfortunately, Outlook doesn't work after
I click yes and I end up having to terminate it abnormally through
taskmanager. Does this happen to you?

Also, you might try this site as I have seen it referenced regarding this
issue. The only program I have on the list was Norton and downloading the
updates didn't help me.

You have some add-in that does not correctly interface with Outlook's
security features. You can find out what it is with this tool:
