How to get rid of trial Office 07 in a new PC?

I bought a new Lenovo PC (Vista Business) which as a trial version of Office
'07 pre-loaded.

However, I think I would prefer to install Office 2003 instead; what is the
best way of doing so OR what is the best way of removing the trial version
of Office 07 from my PC? Control Panel | Remove programs does not appear to
work in this case.

Also, just in case I wanted to go with Office 2007 but use our Enterprise
license instead of the (presumably) regular version that is the trial
edition, what is the best way of going about this?
