How to get separate reminder pop ups

All of my appt reminders appear in one window, showing the
list of pending/overdue appts. I would like each appt
reminder to appear in its own window. Is there a setting to
make this happen?

As a result of having them all come up grouped in one
window is that I'm missing appts!

Outlook 2002 and 2003 do not offer an option to revert to the separate
reminder popups that the majority of users found very annoying, especially
when they returned from vacation.

Outlook 2002 and 2003 only have that unified reminders window.

Thank you for the reply.

Is there a way to request such an option in the next
version?? I really do find it troublesome, because not all
my appt reminders are equally important - some I want to be
repeatedly reminded, others I let sit for a while.
