how to get shapes in the cross functional band

i have cross functional band placed on the drawing board. it has 4
bands. i put around 10 shapes in those bands.

now when i delete the bands, shapes inside them also get deleted this
means they are grouped somehow

i want to get the all shapes in a particual band so taht i would know
what shapes are being deleted when a band is deleted.

please its urgent. !

You might check SpatialRelation property.
Example in the help is dramatic.

Or, each shape data to which band it belongs.
The data is on the user defined section of the shape.
You might gather the data and list up the shapes.
