how to get the deleted excel sheet

Dear Sir,

We have deleted the one excel sheet from the excel file.
It is containing very important data. can we get back that
deleted excel sheet from that file. Anyone's help will be
really appreciated.

Once deleted the main way you can get anything back is by asking your
administration people to restore it from the server's backup.

For the future, you might want to consider products such as "Save and
BackUp", available from www.BygSoftware.com, which allows you to keep timed
and dated incremental copies of your work.
