How to get the "last accessed time" property of a user's calendar

Hi

Can anyone advise on how to obtain the "last accessed" or "last modified"
date/time property of a user's calendar from visual basic 6 with the outlook
object model?

I already have a comprehensive calendar reading program but now it reads so
many calendars so I need to be smart about which ones to read, by only
reading those calendars which have changed.
