How to get the recipient name from a Calendar entry

Given an Outlook AppointmentItem, is it possible to determine the name of
the user in whose Calendar the appointment is?

We have an employee using shared Calendars to create appointments in several
people's calendars. We want to display the name of the person in whose
Calendar the entry is being created.
