How to get the section context in Tag Summary page

In the summary page grouped by tags can i get the section context associated
with the content?

If not available by default is there any plug-in/power toy which can achieve
above.

First thanks for a quick response.

I am using OneNote 2007. I am planning to use summary page to be the team's
weekly status report and i am thinking of a section per person so when we
have the similar TODO like need to finish Stress Investigation then it would
be nice in Todo summary to have the section name in brackets or so like

signoff (sailaja) which is section name
signoff (doug) which is section name again.

Is there any other means i can achive similar report. like any plugin's or
tools on top of onenote

Can you give me some direction on how it can be achieved. also how much time
does it take to achive similar.
