How to Get Visual SourceSafe Add-In for Access 2000

Hello:

could someone please tell me how we can get a hold of this addin? Does it
come only with office 2000 developer and if so, how do we buy that?

why does MS make it so IMPOSSIBLE to find previous products?

It comes with Office 2000 Developer, which has been obsolete for years now.
It might still be on the MSDN subscriber downloads, I'm not sure, I haven't
checked for it in years.
