How to get Web Tools scrolling text , movie, and sound to work

While working on Web Page and using View, Toolbars, Web Tools and then
chosing movie or sound or scrolling text on the web tool I get this message:
The object was created in HTMLInline VideoCtl. This application is not
available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly
installed and that it has not been deleted,moved, or renamed. I am using
Microsoft Windows XP Home edition, SP2, Bios A12. I am using Microsoft
Office Basic edition 2003 for word 2003. I had to reformat my hard drive in
Nov due to problems. Is there who can help solve my problem.

Sorry, this is one of the Word functions that was "broken" by Service Pack 2
for Windows XP. The only solution at this time is to uninstall WinXP SP2,
which is not recommended. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=886299

Web Tools in Word 2002 and Word 2003" for more information.
