How to go back to the main map, after we hiperlink to another map?

I'm doing a map on server racks and circuits, we want to know how many amps the servers are using. Now we created a couple of maps and did a hiperlink so we connect the main with a few more, but when I go into the other map is there a way to go back to the main map without having to minimize the folder and reopening the new one

I have the hyperlink open in the same window and have a group of hyperlinks leading back to all the originating pages. Its also useful for 'following' a specific piece of equipment through the various pages. A little slow to set up, but nice and quick to use. If someone has an easier answer, PLEASE pipe in
