How to group two text boxes so they can be moved as a single unit

In order to fit the text onto the label, I used two text boxes. Now I need
to "group" them or lock them together so I can move them as a single unit --
because I want to copy & paste the text to the remainder of the labels on the
page as well as use it as a template for other size labels. How do I do
that?

Holding the shift key, Click on the first Textbox frame, and then on the
second. With the cursor on the frame, right click and select grouping, group.
When it comes to labels, there should be an option to print an entire sheet
of all the same. I don't know what type of labels you are using, but Avery
has great software for labels.
