How to have a text file impoted on startup

I have a workbook which plots graphs saved by a comma delimited file, which I
import.
i would like to have this happen automatically each time i open the
spreadsheet. the imported file always has the same name: export.txt
i createda a macro which i gave a shortcut of ctrl Q. This works OK when I
do this manually.

From the Help files:

Automatic macros, such as Auto_Open, are designed to run when you start
Excel. For more information about these macros, see Microsoft Visual
Basic Help.
