I am trying to setup various resources so they can be scheduled in Outlook. I
am using the options to automatically accept and to deny conflicts and to
process cancellations.
The issue is this, for certain items we want a delegate to get notification
anytime an event is booked on the recourse's calendar, without the delegate
having to accept/deny the request.
I have the added delegate and gave them the highest permissions and checked
the option "Delegate recieves copies of meeting-related messages sent to me".
The problem is, the event goes on the calendar, but the delegate never gets
an email or copy of the meeting. So this all boils down to, how can someone
get an alert when an item is added to a caledar?
