How to have Global Address List as Contacts?

I'm new to using Outlook with Exchange server 2003. How can I set up the
client computers so a user's Outlook Contacts contains all the emails within
our organization? I assume this is tied to the Global Address List. I can see
how to import contacts fromGAL, but I'd prefer to have it 'live' so if, for
instance, a person leaves the organization and I disable their account in
Active Directory, their email address will no longer be in all the client
machines Contacts.

Is it possible to do this?

why do you need to duplicate the GAL to contacts? The GAL will be listed as
an address book when you send email when you have the exchange account in
your profile.

Errrr. I don't know... I thought they needed to be in Contacts to send
email... How about if we wanted to look up a co-workers' phone number, or
other contact info?
