How to have users modify their own calendars

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to empower users to update their own calendars with vacation
time so that I am not bogged down with this administrative task? Right now,
they send requests to me and I update their calendars in the enterprise
resource pool. How can I empower them to do their own?
