How to Hide Multiple Selection Box

Does anyone know how to hide a multiple selection list box, what i want to do
is that when users click on the name of the group a multiple selection list
box appears, and after making the selections it closes back up?

Hi,
You can hide the multiple selection list box by applying conditional
formatting. Add the conditional formatting as any occurrence of that field is
not blank then hide the control.
