How to hide other recipients emails in a distribution list

I have a distribution list but not everyone on the list wants the others to
see their email address. When the email is recieved it shows the name as we
have it in the address book, but others can click on the names and it shows
the email address. Is there any way of stopping this? Bcc doesn't do the
job unless you put the names in individually which negates the point of a
group.

If you put the DL in the Bcc field, it should work fine. It does for me.
