How to hide "Tasks" assistance?

I recently got a new PC from our IT department on which they loaded MS Poject
2003 and so I am trying to reconfigure it to look the way it did on my old
PC.

When in the Gnatt Chart view, I have a column to the left of the Gnatt Chart
that offers "Tasks" assistance. I can not find anything in Tools-Options to
turn this off or hide it. Any suggestions?

It is controlled by:

Tools/Options/Interface Tab/Show Project Guide option
