How to highlight the words I am searching

Hi,
I am using Office 2007. When i do searching, it doesn't highlight the
word(s) in the e-mails having that word.
And "Highlight the word that I search for" in Tools > Instant Search >
Search Options > Serach is disabled.

Any idea/suggestion?
