Hi
I really hope that somebody can help me. When entering a formula like VLOOKUP, you have to fix the data range to enable you to drag the formula

With Microsoft excel, you normally used the F4 key and then a $ is inserted into the formula e.g =vlookup(A4,Chair$A1:$A99,2,false) but how do you do it with Office mac?

Thanks
Mia

What you're referring to is called an Absolute reference. You can type the $
in the appropriate locations - there's nothing "magic" about F4 on the PC
:), but the equivalent stoke in Mac Excel is Cmd+T.

See Excel Help on "keyboard shortcuts" for others you may be interested in.
