How to I access all my computers clip art in Office 2003?

When I want to add clip art and type a word into search, my computer only
brings up some of the pictures available in clip organiser. How can I
quickly add keywords to the tens of thousands of clips I have in clip
organiser so they can be accessed during a search for a picture.
