After furious head scratching, Nikki Peterson asked:
| For the Signature:

| - Select TOOLS menu
| - Select OPTIONS
| - Select MAIL FORMAT tab
| - Near the bottom of the window is a section titled "Signatures".

| If you do not have one yet:
| - Click the SIGNATURES... button
| - Click the NEW button
| - Name it something like Business or Casual and click NEXT>
|
| Just follow the buttons and select the chosen path.
