How to I export Outlook Opportunity info to a quote

I would like to take the information that is contained in the Opportunity tab
of MS Outlook with Businss Contact Manager and export it to a quote template
of some kind. All of the necessary information is in the Opportunity Tab
(Contact Info, Product Info) but there seems to be no option to export this
to a template.

I do not have Microsoft Small Business Accounting (I think there is an
option to do this if you also have SBA).

Seems it should be easy but haven't figured it out yet. Any suggestions
would be great.
